Shipping, Dispatch & Collection Policy

Incorrect and incomplete Information

To prevent any delays in your delivery, please enter your address details carefully when checking out. We will not accept responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect addresses as a result of user error.

Orders with incomplete names or initals and/or without a phone number risk being undeliverable by the courier. We will endeavour to contact you if your order information is incomplete. If we are unable to contact you we will cancel the order. Due to the risk of fraud we will cancel orders where a complete name, phone number, postal address and email address cannot be provided.

Urgent Orders

If you wish to order an item urgently, please contact us.

Dispatch Information

We endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible. We generally dispatch stocked items within 1-2 business days. Factors that may affect this include:

  • Seasonality.
  • Proximity to public holidays.
  • Items are not in stock and need to be backordered.
  • Your payment has not cleared, or has been flagged as possibly fraudulent.
  • The order contains bulky, oversized or dangerous goods.
  • The shipment is being sent directly to you from a supplier.

Shipping Methods

We predominately use Australia Post, but also use Couriers Please, FedEx and Team Global Express.

At this time, we have a flat-rate delivery option. We will usually choose the most cost-effective method for your delivery. If you would like us to send an item via Express Post or Priority courier, please let us know and we will quote a price.

Bulky items and deliveries to remote locations may incur additional delivery costs.

Although some small items such as O Rings can be sent as a "Large Letter", this method cannot be tracked and is not available online.

Dangerous and Hazardous Goods

Items that contain dangerous or hazardous goods are not available for shipping at this time. This includes some chemicals and any items containing lithium-ion batteries. These products may be available to order online, but only available for in-store pickup at this time.

Delivery times

Delivery times are provided by the carrier and are estimates only. Seasonality may affect delivery time estimates. We have no control over delivery times after 

Unattended deliveries / Authority to Leave

You can opt for an "unattended delivery" (Authority to Leave) which will authorise the courier to leave the delivery in a safe location at your address. This is at the discretion of the courier and we cannot guarantee your order will be left in a particular location. You can contact us and request an unattended delivery/authority to leave after ordering and before your order has shipped. Some carriers allow changes to delivery instructions after the item has been shipped. This varies by carrier, and can be arranged with the carrier directly. For orders shipped with Australia Post, if the email and/or phone number you've supplied us with match 

We accept no liability for parcels accepted or signed for by a third party or left unattended on your behalf.

Using a work address is sometimes the best way to receive a parcel if there is nobody home to accept the delivery.

PO Boxes

Please contact us if you require us to deliver to a PO Box. Oversize and heavy / bulky items, as well as dangerous goods, cannot be sent with Australia Post.

The following remote areas are undeliverable. Delivery may still be available, but pricing is POA.

International Orders

At this time there is no option to select a shipping method outside of Australia. Please contact us and we will arrange for a quote.

Please note that restrictions apply for international shipping.

  • Some items cannot be exported such as dangerous goods. This includes chemicals and any items containing lithium-ion batteries.
  • Some items eg. electrical items may not be suitable for use outside of Australia.
  • In most cases, manufacturers warranties do not apply outside of Australia.
  • Supply agreements may prevent us from exporting some goods.

All international orders are Carriage Paid To (CPT).

Click and Collect Orders

We will not release Click & Collect orders unless the customer presents a valid government-issued photo ID and the physical credit/debit card used for the transaction.

Orders not collected within 30 days will be cancelled. We will issue a refund minus a 20% restocking and administration fee.
