Payment must be made in full before any items are dispatched. Under no circumstances will we dispatch or deliver goods without full payment or on any credit terms.
Please contact us if you require us to deliver to a PO Box. Oversize and heavy / bulky items, as well as dangerous goods, cannot be sent with Australia Post.
When checking out, please enter your address details carefully. We will not accept responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect addresses as a result of user error.
We accept no liability for parcels accepted or signed for by a third party on your behalf.

We will endeavour to give your a tracking number where possible. You can track your existing order here.
Most small items will be shipped from our office in Brisbane, QLD unless 1) we are out of stock, or 2) it is faster to ship from the supplier (if shipping to Perth for example). We will normally ship with Australia Post and lead times will range from 1-2 days in the SE QLD area, 2-3 days to Central and North Queensland, NSW and Victoria. Other areas may take 4-10 days or more in regional or remote Australia. Extra charges may apply to remote locations.
Some heavy and bulky items may be shipped directly from our suppliers. Most of our suppliers have offices in all capital cities. Lead times for from these locations are 1-3 days in metro areas and 2-5 days in regional and remote areas. These estimates depends on supplier stock levels.
